Later phaseA SIMPLE CONFIRMATION BEFORE WRITING
For upcoming write tools, AI first shows the proposed data, target account book and the effect of the operation. You confirm before the accounting write happens. If the data changes, you see it again.
Current AI tools are read-only. The first planned write scenario is quotation creation; availability will be confirmed separately for each accounting product.

BYOK changes who pays the model provider. The selected provider still processes the questions and accounting context needed for a response. Its own data terms and charges apply.
AI conversations and future export files have a different retention boundary from ordinary API forwarding. Product-specific notices will explain processing and retention before activation. Background checks also need the local accounting connection online.

A few practical answers
AutoCount read-only MCP is available through your own Codex client; Portal BYOK follows later. Eligible customer-funded AI access receives a 60-day AcctBridge platform-fee trial, starting with your Workspace’s first successful connected AI operation. Afterwards, continued AI platform use requires a paid subscription; prices will be announced before the paid period. Your model provider or AI client may charge you separately from day one. AcctBridge-provided model access is not part of the trial and, if offered, requires payment from first use. Registration alone does not start the trial or a paid subscription. Free core access remains separate.
Portal Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) is planned after the first external-MCP rollout. You will be able to connect a supported model-provider key and pay that provider directly when Portal BYOK opens. AcctBridge platform fees are separate. External MCP clients use their own model access and do not need a model key stored in AcctBridge.
Current AI tools are read-only. The upcoming write workflow will show the proposed data, destination and effect before asking you to confirm. The accounting write runs only after confirmation; edited data requires a new confirmation.
The self-service plan includes the AcctBridge middleware, managed cloud gateway and ordinary API access within the usage limits shown in Portal. Installation and day-to-day use are self-service. Existing contract allowances remain in effect. SQL Accounting or AutoCount software licences and any required vendor permissions are separate. AI platform fees and paid human services do not replace this free core access.
Yes. Live queries and scheduled checks need the Windows connector, accounting software and internet connection to be available. An offline connection cannot produce a fresh report; it must not be interpreted as an empty result.
The free plan is self-service, supported by documentation and diagnostics. Hands-on installation, configuration, troubleshooting and custom integration are separately scoped and quoted. Product defects and security concerns can still be reported.
Tell us which upcoming AI workflow you want and which accounting software you use. We will confirm its availability and terms before activation. No payment is taken here.
Use your own AI client through MCP first; Portal BYOK follows later. Provider fees are separate; AcctBridge-provided model access is paid from first use if offered. A paid platform subscription follows the trial.
