About AcctBridge

Secure API access to local SQL Accounting and AutoCount installations.

AcctBridge packages the local connector, outbound tunnel, API keys, portal, diagnostics, and brand-specific REST endpoints needed to connect software to supported desktop accounting installations.

Facts at a glance

A clear boundary around the product.

What AcctBridge is

A brand-specific accounting API gateway for software that needs secure REST access to SQL Accounting or AutoCount desktop installations.

Who it serves

Companies, internal software teams, ISVs, system integrators, implementation partners, and local IT teams building accounting-connected workflows.

How access works

A local Windows connector establishes outbound tunnel connectivity. Calling software uses an AcctBridge API key and brand-specific REST endpoints without opening inbound firewall ports or requiring a static IP.

Supported accounting products

The current public product supports SQL Accounting and AutoCount through separate connector implementations and separate API prefixes.

Accounting data boundary

Supported accounting payloads are proxied in real time and are not written to the hosted business database. AcctBridge retains operational metadata needed for routing, status, diagnostics, and support.

Region

AcctBridge is built in Malaysia for SQL Accounting and AutoCount integration work across Malaysia, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.

Product boundary

What AcctBridge is not.

AcctBridge is not an accounting replacement, a cross-brand accounting abstraction, or a ready-made POS, Shopify, marketplace, CRM, or ecommerce sync app. Your upstream software owns its business rules and calls the supported SQL Accounting or AutoCount API workflow.
