By accessing or using AcctBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
AcctBridge is a cloud-based accounting API gateway providing companies, internal software teams, ISVs, system integrators, and developers with secure REST API access to on-premise SQL Accounting and AutoCount Accounting installations. Any API call made to api.acctbridge.com/v1/... is securely routed through a Cloudflare Tunnel to the selected accounting instance. No VPN, no static IP, no port forwarding required.
New accounts may start with 30 days of free access for a supported SQL Accounting or AutoCount installation. Any paid plan, billing period, included accounting instances, taxes, and payment terms must be confirmed in writing or displayed in the billing portal before paid access starts.
Custom Platform or multi-instance rollouts are handled through a written agreement that defines scope, support coverage, and commercial terms. Custom integration development is a separate project with its own confirmed scope, delivery terms, and quotation.
When you upgrade a plan or add more account books during a paid period, your renewal date does not change. You are charged now only for the difference between your current and new plan or configuration, prorated for the number of days remaining in your current billing period. From your existing renewal date onward, the account renews at the new package price unless a written quote or agreement states otherwise.
For manual billing, Custom Platform plans, partner or reseller arrangements, and multi-instance changes, you must give us at least 10 business days' notice before the requested effective date or renewal date. This allows time for scope review, quotation, invoice or payment processing, and access updates. We may accept shorter notice at our discretion, but we are not required to complete late requests before the current paid period ends. If access is interrupted because required information, approval, or payment is not provided in time, that interruption is not our responsibility and service resumes only after the applicable quote, payment, and activation steps are completed.
Subscription prices for every plan — including Launch, Scale, and Custom Platform or multi-instance rollouts — may change over time. For recurring plans, a price change applies from your next billing period or renewal term (including quarterly and annual terms) after at least 30 days' notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Where a Custom Platform or multi-instance written agreement applies, its renewal pricing terms govern and may set revised pricing for each renewal term.
Authorised partner, referral, or reseller arrangements require a separate written agreement. Public partner programme copy does not create commission, reseller, or revenue-share rights unless those terms are confirmed in writing.
Payment may be processed through Creem or another payment method agreed in writing. Paid access starts only after payment is confirmed and the paid plan is activated. Automated retries, cancellation timing, and refunds apply only where an online subscription processor is active; otherwise they are handled manually according to the agreed billing period.
Cancel through the billing portal where available, or contact support for manual billing arrangements. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. Refund handling follows the paid plan or written agreement that applies to the account. Account and related service data are handled according to the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.
